I was reading the Ryzen topic on insanely mac and saw that the amazing community of hackintosh has gotten around to getting macOS Sierra to work on the Ryzen CPU lineup.
I am going to be upgrading my build soon, I'll have to choose between an i9 and a ThreadRipper. The best threadripper costs as much as the cheapest i9 with less PCI-E lanes.
My build is going to be a dualbooted windows for transcoding with 4 GPUs and macOS for work.
Is there any hope for threadripper to work in the next month or two? Which CPU do you think I should invest in?
