Clover not starting from my Macintosh SSD, only from USB

Hi. I recently installed Sierra on my system for the first time (I'm not a Hackintosh expert by any means) with a i5 4460, 32GB of 1333Mhz DDR3 RAM and a 1080 Ti and it's working great except a couple very annoying things. First of all, I installed clover on my system SSD multiple times making sure I chose the right plugins and when I get on my BIOS the Mac SSD doesn't even have a "UEFI" label next to the name and trying to boot from it only brings me back to the BIOS screen. My only way to boot into Sierra is use the Clover I have on my USB The other minor issue is that Voodoo audio settings reset after each reboot even after I edited the plist file and followed various tutorials on Youtube. Any help would be appreciated.
