[Help] Having lots of trouble with my Dell Optiplex 380

Sooo... I got a Dell Optiplex 380. Specs:

Core2Duo e7500

Nvidia GT710+Onboard gma 4500 (disabled)

4gb ram

I am booting the installer as of now. This boot has been running for almost an hour. The verbose mode is spamming

disk2s1: device is write locked

What is taking so long? Is there some trick?

I used the createinstallmedia method in combination with Clover. I have another hackintop with me that is working well.

What is not working? The system is booting, but very slow.

If you need info I can get it.
