How will this build work out, before I buy it?

I got a desktop for free. It's the Dell Optiplex 380. Specs:

Core 2 Duo E7500

4GB RAM

Intel GMA 4500

The GPU is obviously the problem as it has no MacOS Sierra support, I was planning on replacing it with something like a NVidia 620 or 210, as my budget is $40 amazon (Amazon card)

Card needs to be low profile. I'll post a picture of the current GPU when I arrive home in about half an hour

I have some hackintoshing experience, in the form of an HP Envy M6 1125dx using a distro that shall not be named because I am using it as the setup device for this build, and a vanilla install on said laptop... but I broke the screen so a new one will be here in a week.
