Intel NUC DC3217IYE - reboots at Apple logo with Clover?

So, I am trying to Hackintosh this NUC to use as a Carputer. I'm extremely frustrated as I've tried two ways to boot it and both seem to have uncrossable roadblocks, and I've successfully Hackintoshed multiple computers before.

When I use Chimera, I get a boot menu but it instantly reboots after flashing the grey Apple screen. I've tried many different kernel flags, it doesn't even get to Single User mode.

When I use Clover, the boot menu is completely unusable and seems so laggy that it only accepts one keystroke before it refuses to move any further. When I can get it to start booting it sits at the black Apple logo screen for a minute and instantly reboots.

I've tried multiple DSDT's from different threads on the Internets, I've tried different plist settings, different USB ports, BIOS settings (screwed with Legacy boot and UEFI, UEFI never seems to work for me) and nothing. Anyone run into this issue?

This is an Intel NUC DC3217IYE with Core i3 and 8GB RAM, with a 32GB mSATA SSD. It has currently got Windows 10 installed.
