Is there any cheap pre-built PC that has a well-written guide?

Hello everyone! I've decided to buy an old PC in order to play GTA IV and Call of Duty MW2. (I'm not a big gamer, never was) So I checked the requirements and it needs a Core 2 Quad to run properly. I was thinking about getting this machine and run macOS on it as well since that CPU could work pretty well on Sierra for some basic stuff. My first Hackintosh machine was a pretty cheap HP DC7900 desktop but I remember all the hassle it had to run OSX. Also I couldn't make it work with anything newer than Mavericks. So I need your help guys to find a similar desktop build which I can grab cheap from eBay and most importantly has a proper installation guide.
