New Sierra Build-cannot get it to recognize graphics card

Specs MSI Z77 mPower motherboard 3770k 16 GB ram GTX 960

I got a new motherboard since my Gigabyte one went out on me. My old OSX installation booted up but was buggy so I decided to do totally clean install of Sierra(prior build was El Capitan) This wasn’t my first rodeo so I sort of knew what I was doing. Created UniBeast usb.

Install went fine. Got to desktop. Used MultiBeast to install driver and system definition(used Mac Pro 5.1)

Restarted system. Installed correct NVidia web driver Rebooted again. It’s showing WebDrive selected but it appears graphics card not recognized. Went into NVidia control panel and selected ECC. Appears no cards recognized. I know there is nothing wrong with card since it works fine on Windows. I have dual boot with two different hard drives. I don’t know what else to try
