OS Sierra Vanilla install help!

So I finally managed to install OS Sierra on my aging system but I still have some difficulties..

1. Sleep is not working (Does not turn of the fans and HDD, only the screen)
2. Boots up from Unibeast USB 65% of the time
3. Bios won't recognise the EFI partition / Clover boot loader on the HDD.
4. USB 3.0 and Bluetooth is not working

So today I left off to school and with OS Sierra booted to the desktop and when I came back I was booted in to Windows 10 (Default boot device)

When I booted back into OS Sierra I was granted by this http://imgur.com/a/YBJkv

Any help on fixing any of the issues mentioned above (1-4) Would be much appreciated ;)
