Removing Sound Devices

Typing this from my newly configured Hackintosh!

Managed to get audio working (back panel, front panel, and HDMI) using VoodooHDA.

However, when I click on the sound icon on the status bar, it brings up several different sound devices, a few of which I would like to hide since they do nothing.

Digital-out (HDMI)
Digital-out (HDMI)
Digital-out (HDMI)
Digital-out (HDMI)
5.1CH (Green+Orange+Black Rear)
Headphones (Green Front)
SPDIF-out (Grey Rear)

Does anyone have a quick idea on how I could remove 3 of the non-functioning HDMI outputs and the SPDIF? Would be great if I could rename them too.

I opened the VoodooHDA.kext, but couldn't find anything that made sense to me.
