Sample Config.plist for i7-2600k?

I have an old PC that I'd like to turn into a hackintosh.

I'm going through the Vanilla build guide but seem to be stuck on the config.plist section. Does anyone have a sample config.plist I can start with?

Hardware:
- Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3 Motherboard
- i7-2600k CPU
- eVGA GeForce GTX 1070
- Samsung EVO 850 250GB SSD
- 32GB RAM

I haven't actually tried to build it, just following Rambler's thread from a few months ago.
