Screen Sharing/Remote Management have to be reenabled every start up.

Hello, I had this problem a while ago, but I never solved it. I'm using Remote Management more again and I would love to fix this. When I boot the box will appear clicked, but it doesn't work. I just have to click the box and reclick it and it works perfectly. I tried clearing my caches and I tried deleting some library files, but that didn't work. Any suggestions? Thank you!

(Maybe it is worth upgrading to High Sierra early?)
