Stuck trying to install, Asus Sabertooth X99 TUF

Hey experts!

I seem to be in a very sticky situation with my current install. I have been trying to install OS X Sierra for months now, and I have had serious issues, and I have tried all sorts to no avail, and so I have decided to try and turn to the community here to see if there are any ideas.

I have set the UEFI BIOS settings as correct as possible, however I have one of two issues.

If I use the standard AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement file, I get an error which states "No HPETS available...CPU(s) configured incorrectly. There are no options for HPET within the BIOS. If I use a NullCPUPowerManagement.kext instead of the one above, the installer sticks at "Using 16384 buffer headers and 10240 cluster IO buffer headers". I have tried with various combinations of LAPIC patch, Haswell-E patch and USB Ownership, to no avail.

I am using a USB created with Unibeast, and I have replaced the files with those mentioned within the tonymacx86 forums by a particular user which has a similar board. Prior to this, the install would stick even more prematurely, at [pci configuration begin]. I have some progress, but I am well and truly stuck, and was wondering if some of you may have an idea how to get around this!

Specs are below:

HGST 6TB 7200RPM HDD * Has been partitioned to 2TB for Mac OS X install, currently unallocated

Corsair 1300W PSU * Shouldn't make any difference to the install, but including it anyway Note, there are other hardware items in the PC that may affect the compatibility, such as: Atheros AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter NZXT Hue+ lighting system

The system also has a TPM chip installed separately, but this is currently disabled in the BIOS. There is no optical drive.
