Virtual Box won't run my OS

So, I mounted iOS Sierra onto a flash drive and built a virtual machine from instructions I got here: http://lifehacker.com/5938332/how-to-run-mac-os-x-on-any-windows-pc-using-virtualbox When I go to start the virtual machine, however, I get an error message that says "NtCreateFile(\Device\VBoxDrvStub) failed: 0xc000000e STATUS_NO_SUCH_DEVICE (163 retries) (rc=101)

Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong? This is my first experience with virtual box, so it's very possible that I'm doing it wrong.
