This is crazy. I had a couple of attempts at Sierra. I am trying another fresh install. I reformatted my USB on my Macbook I use for work and made another Unibeast install.
The crazy thing is the issues I was having with boot flags still being stored and not taking such as nv_disable=1 not saving when I type it in are still there despite the fact I have a new USB
Essentially where is this stuff stored if it's still in there after another format of the hard drive and a fresh USB stick? Am I losing my mind? Is there any way to purge these once and for all? These flags have been the bane of this installation. I get args like nv_disable=1 and nv_drv=1 in same line and no matter how many times I delete them they are still there. It can't be from the prior install since I hadn't even tried to install the web drivers again.
Any help in this would be appreciated. I sit here and wait for the Apple logo to boot for a long time thinking well I disabled the driver boot flag and I should get to desktop and then find out they are still in there.
