So hey guys!
I stuck a rx 480 in with my rx 580 and HS is recognizing them both.
So now.... how do I turn one of them off easily so I can run some benches in fcpx without taking it out and putting it back in.
Any thoughts?

After finally getting graphics to work, and finding out macos added oob support for your Ethernet controller allowing me to use iMessage and the app store, I installed clover onto my boot drive and restarted, but the drives are not showing.
Does clover have APFS support yet? It should do as the install USB picked up the APFS drives completely fine.

...remember to uninstall the older ones from the nVidia Driver Manager in the Control Panel before updating to avoid the "boot loop" that happens if you don't.
Once the system is up an running install the new drivers (Not available right now)
So, for a while now, I've had a Latitude E6330, and I've been desperately wanting MacOS on it for some of my college work. I looked into it a bit, and I found a lot of success stories for Latitude E6xxx's, so I was hopeful. However, after much struggling, I'm still unable to even get to the installer.
I've tried both Unibeast and a vanilla installation. Unibeast actually got the progress bar below the Apple logo, but would kernel panic about 3/4 of the way through the loading process. My vanilla installation however would only display the Apple logo before kernel panicking.
However, this was a couple of months ago, and I'm planning on starting again. The specs of the laptop are as follows:
I've looked on OSXLatitude but I couldn't find a guide for my laptop. I'd also like to point out that my Hackintosh knowledge is very limited. I barely understand what a Kext is, and I keep hearing terms such as DSDT and SSDT but I simply don't have the time amongst all my college work to get it done. If anyone can offer me any advice at all on what I should do, I'd be extremely grateful. I just want to be able to install the OS, even if it's got problems I can sort those out later.
Thanks in advance!
(P.S. If I've missed something, please tell me! I'll try and get back to you as soon as possible.)

As you remember from my last post I was going to install high Sierra, the installation was successful etc, but the web drivers don't function at all. They either give me a black screen Have a frozen white spinning sign Or in verbose mode repeat some weird thing with 253 in it.
I have tried all versions of the web drivers available for high Sierra, while forcefully removing the failed driver through single user mode.
What do I do?????

I'm currently running fine on sierra but need some software that only works up to yosemite. Can the RX 560 be made to work ok on yosemite?
I've been using my Sierra hackintosh for a while, so far so good.
One of the things I'm still struggling with is USB. For some reason, whenever I connect my phone, my keyboard stops working.
This doesn't happen if I disable USB tethering and MTP file transfer on the phone (= charge only).
Weirdly enough, the key strokes are still somehow recorded, and "typed" all at once as soon as I unplug the phone.
This doesn't seem to affect other devices. It happens no matter which port (USB2/3, front/back) the keyboard and phone are plugged into.
I've tried a lot of fixes: USBInjectAll, custom SSDTs, and other things, I've lost track at this point. But no change.
Does anybody have a hint about what the problem might be?
I'm using a H97M-E motherboard, and there is an extra USB3 panel on the case.
CPU: i7-4970s
GPU: GTX 970
is this possible? i want to update my osx because i upgraded my cpu to kaby lake i have 12.4 so wont boot cause no kaby lake support in my version. please any help, i don't wanna begin from zero.
I was on i5 6600k now i have i7 7700k, but with same bios settings is stuck at boot on the apple logo without a loading bar
I've never built a computer before. Always just purchased laptops or desktops. I want to build my own machine to do general office type work as well as some light coding projects in java. Here is my build so far:
ASUS PRIME H270-PLUS/CSM LGA 1151 ATX Intel Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 16GB 2 x 8GB DDR4-2400 PC4-19200 CL16 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit
Samsung 850 EVO Series 250GB SATA III 6Gb/s 2.5" Internal SSD Single Unit Version MZ-75E250B/AM
ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 Overclocked Dual-Fan 6GB GDDR5 Video Card
Thermaltake V3 Black Edition ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case - Black
Corsair CX Series CX750M 750 Watt 80 Plus Bronze ATX Modular Power Supply
I went through the list of parts on TonyMacx86 and that is what I came up with. I don't want to buy everything and find out I made a mistake.
Thanks!
So I'm running OS X Sierra and ethernet isn't an option for my networking preferences (in that bar on the left hand side). I have an ethernet card showing up in my system profiler but it does show as an option in the actual preferences window. Help?
