Apple Maps Gets Transit Directions for Ireland

Apple Maps has been updated with Transit Directions for Ireland, reports developer Steve Troughton-Smith. The update comes just as Hurricane Ophelia makes landfall.

Whee Apple Maps public transit added to Ireland just in time for the hurricane to shut it all down

Transit Directions are available in a few cities including Dublin, Cork, and Kilkenny. There are routes available for buses and trains such Dublin Bus and the Dublin Area Rapid Transit (DART); although, much of the Ireland's public transit system is currently shut down for the hurricane.
