Turned PC on for first time in 4 months, can't boot into Windows

Hey guys, I just got back home from college for winter break, and I turned my PC on for the first time since summer. I got to Clover like I usually do, and I selected "Boot Microsoft EFI boot from EFI" like I usually do. However, now I get the spinning dot circle for about 30-45 seconds and then the computer reboots. Of course, I was shoved into System Recovery after 3 failed attempts at booting and it's telling me that I'm missing a necessary device. I'm not missing anything though... I was able to insert a Windows Install disk and get to Repair My PC Settings, but all it told me was "Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC".

If anyone knows whats going on / why it's doing this, please let me know. It's been a long time since I've been on this PC and I would really like to not lose my data / reset my computer.

If you need any further info or screenshots of the issue, please let me know, and I'd be happy to help. Thanks!
