Accidentally installed Clover Legacy to HDD

I normally use Clover UEFI, have never used legacy with my current system or even any other system I have had in the past.

While installing clover I accidentally forgot to select any custom options and installed to the HDD. I realised and removed the "EFI", "EFI-Backup" folders and the "boot" file from the HD partition and installed Clover UEFI with correct options. I have not turned off my system yet.

Will it cause any problem or anomalies?
