Adding Windows dual boot on a 2nd partition?

Can someone point me to a guide for adding Windows dual boot on a 2nd partition on the SSD where I currently only have Sierra?

I've only found guides where you install Windows first.

I just found "Dual-boot with Windows AFTER OS X installation" -- is this still valid advice?
