Cant get into windows after failed post install

I got to the terminal only to realize my keyboard wasn't working. Looked it up and saw I needed a kext because its a PS2 keyboard.

Took the usb stick out and now I can't load windows as its telling me to pick a valid boot device, I guess it's not recognizing my HDD after sierra isn't installed correctly.

Am I completely fucked here?
