Unless you have an unsupported Mac that you are trying to install the latest version of macOS on, as the Patcher modifies InstallESD.dmg (probably to get it working on unsupported Macs), which makes the macOS installer not show up in Clover. I recommend that you download the macOS installer from the App Store (if you can) or find another way to download the macOS installer (the Discord server can help you with that).
