Hey, I’ve finally got my Hackintosh up and running with Mac OS X and I want to make it a dual boot with Windows 10. I had a working dual boot on one SSD a couple weeks ago but a bad RAM stick resulted in my Mac partition getting corrupted and having to start completely fresh. Figured out it was the RAM and get Mac OS X running smoothly.
Now I want to be dual booting again and I’m kinda nervous to do it on one drive again, just because if one partition is corrupted I’m stuck whipping both partitions out.. So should I just buy another SSD for $100? Or should I just go for it and partition my SSD again?
Partition corrupt aside, what are the other pros and cons of dual booting on a single hard drive or two hard drives?
Hope you have some advice! Thanks!
