Ethernet not working on High Sierra

Hey all,

Wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction please - fresh Hackintosh install for High Sierra.

I've followed various guides, and the post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/7nqckf/nvidia_drivers_ethernet_and_sound_not_working_on/ But unfortunately am still unable to resolve. Any help would be super appreciated :)
