Hack Doesn't Remember Settings

My Hack doesn't remember settings upon rebooting

For example the wallpaper gets reset, my VoodooHDA settings get reset, and OSX doesn't remember which contacts have iMessage either

I feel like it's an issue with NVRAM, but when I did the MyVar test, it worked...
