I got tired of the crap graphics support in macOS for virtual machines. So, I had a compatible GPU, did the tough work to enable VFIO-pci, enable Intel GVTg for my HD 6000 (I run ubuntu on a macbookair7,2 believe it or not) used qemu with a 10.13.2 qcow2 image I made myself, and AppleIntelBDWGraphics kernel panic. It scrolls fast, I am trying to get a good picture. It is a type 13=general protection though. The backtrace is com.apple.driver.appleintelbdwgraphics. Just wanted to try out passthrough... I use clover and OVMF in qemu compiled from source today.
