I need help with on Board Audio

Hello, I have Sierra installed and everything works great except on board audio. What is weird is that OS sometimes recognizes the internal speakers but most of the time it does not. Here is hardware info,

Audio device: Intel Corporation Xeon E3-1200 v3/4th Gen Core Processor HD Audio Controller (rev 06) Audio device: Intel Corporation 8 Series/C220 Series Chipset High Definition Audio Controller (rev 04) 

Any ideas about what I should do? I am clueless about this.
