I want to dedicate my laptop to OS X, and possibly daul boot windows if it's feasible. I have an AMD A6 CPU, 4TB RAM, and 500 GB HDD. Where do I start?

So my laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 110. I understand that there are methods to run OS X on an AMD CPU. Ideally I want to run Sierra. I checked out SierraAMD from amd-osx.com. Would that work for me? Are there any generally straightforward methods that a total beginner could start with?
