I ask on linus tech tips this and have yet to get a response. I have a acer aspire laptop with a 7th gen I3 intel hd 620 I bought a retail copy leopard(macos 10.6.3) I have tried just putting clover and iboot on a flash drive. burned iboot to a cd as well. But so far I have been unable to boot from usb or cd with any of these bootloaders. I do know I can boot from cd on this laptop I did when I cloned windows 10 from my old acer to a new hyperx savage ssd for this laptop. I also tried my windows 7 ult cd and it booted just fine off that. So i am at a lost on how to get to the point of installing macos.
