nsurlsessiond download makes scratching noise?

Hi, I build a passively cooled hackintosh, and there is a scratching sound coming from near the CPU. Maybe this is "coil whine" or something else, it almost sounds like and is as loud as an old hard drive. Now, the weird thing is: I found that it only is there when the process nsurlsessiond is running and downloading. Not when it is quit and I do other stuff with the machine, nor when it is running and only uploading.

Does anyone has an idea why that could be? Is there something special about this process? When I get a Wifi card in a few days I will try whether it was related to the ethernet port.

There is a related tonymacx86 thread here where someone had a similar issue: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/cpu-coil-whine-for-the-love-of-god-help-me.207981/

Thanks in advance!
