Phone Calls from iPhone aren't working but iMessage + FaceTime is

Basically, I can't get my hackintosh to show phone calls from my phone. However, iMessage and FaceTime seem to be working. Handoff seems to be working, I'll open safari and I can click it, messages too.

I have my hackintosh and iPhone connected to the same network, account, and bluetooth is enabled on both.
