Question about the new Intel security patches and Win10 dual booting

Hi! Ive been running a dual boot (Different HDDs) hackintosh for months now. Everything works great and smoothly.

I jump a lot from macOS to Win10 for different reasons.

With the recent news on the forced security patches, I'm afraid that if win10 updates what seems to be a kernel/bios thing I wont be able to boot back to macOS.

Does anyone with more knowledge have any idea on this matter? Has anyone with dual boot has already been patched by win10 with no problems?
