Super smooth scrolling in Google Chrome - what can I do?

I would like to get super smooth scrolling in Google Chrome. At the moment it is okay, but not super smooth.

• q1: Would getting a dedicated 3d graphics card make Google Chrome scroll smoother?
• q2: Would getting a 120 or 140hz screen make Google Chrome scroll smoother?

Hardware/software used: - Chrome 63 stable - I have a 27" 60 FPS, 2560x1440 monitor and a hackintosh machine. I use the HD4600 graphics card that comes with my 4770k Intel chip.
