Using a MacBook (Pro) with Thunderbolt 3/USB-C as display and keyboard for a SFF hackintosh?

Not sure if this question has been asked before or has been determined to be impossible, but thought I should give it a shot anyways.

I am planning on building an itx-build with ASRock Z370-itx/ac + 8700K inside a Dan Cases A4-SFX v2. I have this neat travel bag called Wallye Tactik Duffle that fits the case and a MacBook Pro 15-inch perfectly.

I am thinking that if I could use the hackintosh like a eGPU, but instead of using only the GPU with a MacBook, can I somehow use Thunderbolt 3 to connect the two machine, develop some sort of app that acts like a Teamviewer that allow me to control the hackintosh with the MacBook Pro with minimal latency.

For now I know for sure that I can use my iPad and Duet Display app installed on both my Hackintosh and iPad then I can use it as a display. But there's very noticeable input lag probably due to the bandwidth limit of lightning connector.

So if an mobile app can achieve something like that, can we make a desktop app that achieve the same thing with better performance?

Thanks in advance for any help and ideas! Cheers!
