How to safly reinstall/repair Win10 ?

I can't boot in Windows 10 anymore, i am getting BSOD with "bad config info" error.
What is safest way to repair / reinstall Windows 10 without breaking my working MacOS with Clover.

btw i have both OSes on same SSD.
