So I've been trying to install MacOS on my HP Elite. I keep getting an error before the installer boots. I feel like Ive tried everything, but I don't want to give up. I've tried following like 20 different guides and used both the included EFI folders from the guides as well as starting from scratch. I've also tried cover and opencore. Below are the error codes I get and a copy of the HP Elite's specs. Please help!!

please help me, I installed it on a Ryzentosh, but after a few minutes of using it it simply restarts or freezes. This happens quite randomly, there are days when it stays on for about 1 hour and then this happens. I can't solve this problem, I also did the HPET injection. help me please.

Hey, its my first time that I am doing hackintosh. I was manage to dual bot sonoma on my Dell laptop, but it says I have only 7mb graphics. I tried everything, but still, I only get 7mb graphics. It’s pretty annoying, the background is always white and has no blur etc… also HDMi port isn’t working. I am pretty new to hackintosh so I may have done something wrong. I would be happy to get some help! My laptop is dell vostro 5391 CPU: intel i5-1035g1 GPU: Intel UHD graphics

My Hack runs macOS Big Sur and the mouse wheel scrolling is the opposite that it should be (up is down/down is up). Anyone has a clue how to fix that ?

So I have a 2016 MacBook Pro with Touch Bar I'd love to put Sonoma on but am honestly so confused on how todo it. Obviously at first the process is simple. Create a USB using the Mac's original SMBIOS within the patcher app and Sonoma but here is where the problem lies - When I install Sonoma I get no TouchBar or Touch ID. Weirdly, I do get a little esc button on the TouchBar in the MacOS Basesystem recovery thingy majig for Sonoma but that's about it, nothing after that.

I was told to keep Monterey and somehow upgrade to Sonoma from that but I'm confused.

Really smooth install without any issue using OpenCore docs, however, i don't have any sound, or bluetooth but i'm not worried about bluetooth now

I've used Apple ALC kext for sound and followed the below doc for fixing sound

I found that my codec is (Conexant CX8070/CX11880) and i should use (alcid=15 or 21) unfortunately they're not working, i tried to use SSDT-HPET fixes but still no luck

Hackintool doesn't even show any sound devices, and connecting HDMI doesn't either show audio device

So I had installed Monterey on my Hackbook and was running it with an intel Wifi card. Handoff was half working and messages used to sync pretty quickly and almost always.

So whenever I got a text on my iPhone, I used to get it almost at the same time on my laptop.

Now, I swapped the intel card with a BCM94360CS2 card and everything works perfectly except messages and phone calls.

90% of the time the messages simply dont arrive on my hack and almost all the time whenever I get a call on my phone, it wont show up on my hack

I am able to transfer calls to the hack once I pickup from my phone and iMessage does work.

I havent reset the nvram or anything after the wifi card swap

Any help would really be appreciated. Thankyou!

I can start the recording but then no controls are visible to stop it and save.

CPU- i7-8550 u, Gpu- Intel UHD 620, SSD- WD green, RAM- 8 GB
Only problem is that bluetooth and touchpad aren't working. Pls help in it..

Hello, anyone solved the problems of audio glitches on Sonoma with Opencore with devices over usb?

I have a usb digital mixer Bheringer x32 ch, and if I simple listen a file no problems, but every time I try a professional audio application there are a lot of glitches... only I can set the audio buffer like to 1024 to avoid glitches .. with the normal high Sierra no problems.. and I work with normal 128buffer or 64ms.

Hey everyone, I currently have a HP pavilion dk0056wm, and I decided to upgrade from Monterey to Sonoma. Everything was fine up until the first restart of the system, where boot args were going for about thirty seconds and then nothing for 2 minutes then a restart (in safe mode) to desktop. Problem is without safe mode I just get a black screen. I currently don’t have access to logs but here’s my specs and EFI:

So for some time i wanted it to have. a mac laptop but they are way to expensive, So yes I went the Hackintosh way. Now I have sonoma installed on my hp notebook 15-dyxx, all seems fine to know. Wifi is working, graphics are working, trackpad is working, I know ice lake don't have HDMI support so that's ok for now.

After being a windows guy for over 25 years or more. I wanted to give mac a chance since I always see younlinks using cool software to edit video and music, and since I want my kids to start learning that path, I thought ill give. atry so I can start teaching my kids on how to use a mac and its apps.

So I got a few questions.

I know airdrop (whatever that is) is broken in sonoma with intel cards, I'm using a ax200 at the moment. What other things should I be aware of that are broken? I don't own an iPhone or an iPad so fancy features are not required yet. But what cool things can we do with a mac that are better here than in windows. So far I looked at google and the top mac software its available in windows to, so I'm not sure if it was worth the trouble. Whats so wonderful about having a mac?

I tried to install MacOS Sonoma on my Lenovo C640. However the installer doesn't boot. It freezes when the loading bar is at about half full. I already installed MacOS on VMware and also on Proxmox and i had a similar issue on Proxmox i think. It also stopped at about half and i realized i used the wrong OSK (with spaces and no (C)AppleInc). After editing the info in my vm.conf it worked flawlessly. So my question is how and where do i need to put the OSK? Sorry i'm quite new to hackintosh and i couldn't really find any adequate info online (googled for about 30 minutes). Is it even necessary? Why not (if not)?
