After successful Hackintosh install, Screwed up my boot to win 10.

I even booted with a win 11 install media to upgrade it and it says that I am in the middle of an 'upgrade' of windows and cannot install. Is there a way to just repair the EFI on the windows drive for windows to boot? I don't know what I did
