Oclp compatible with parallels desktop?

Hi I use newer versions of Mac os for its features but I also want a portable version of windows preferably windows 11 because I have never had windows 11 because my PC is too old and it looks so beautiful to have and I could also do some windows only stuff on there as well. So is it compatible? Early 2015 retina 13" MacBook pro
