Opencore vs. OCLP

There seems to be a lot of confusion on this board as to what it's about. Just to be upfront, I'm not the moderator here, have no idea if there is one but there are a lot of posts ending up here looking for help with Opencore Legacy Patcher but that's a completely different reddit.
