System wide privileges and permissions for your account

Hey hackintoshers ,

Is there a way to give my account systemwide privileges and permissions without going for each application or folder and doing the get info thing ,and give myself read/write privileges( for each HDD, app , folder) and disabling the SIP ( SIP doesn’t work in the latest update for macOS on m3 chips ) .

Rephrasing what I want ,I want a single command or Setting that gives me this.
