iServices Fix

I have done everything to fix the Apple Services. I have changed the ROM, the UUID, and the Serial Number. I reset the NVRAM. I checked the Serial Number to see if it was valid and it was not valid. But iMessage and FaceTime and other iServices still do not work. Please help if you know what to do to fix this. And yes I did read the sidebar!
