OS X Lion 10.7.3 (Niresh) installing from USB FlashDrive #iATKOS

I was wondering how can I install Lion 10.7.3 by niresh from a usb drive. Is there any way out? I tried Transmac,Restoring image in Snow Leopard 10.6.1 (Hazard). None of the worked.:/
