I’m thinking about buying an m.2 drive and turning it into my windows boot drive and then having another 500gb for windows games. This 500gb drive may be replaced by a 1-2 tb drive later but I feel like that will be simple. My question is can I have a 500gb ssd as my OSX boot drive with a 2tb storage drive all packed inside of one case... there are going to be some electrical issues I run into but I think I’ll be ok with that as long as it is possible and reliable to do. The 2tb drive will be for pictures and whatnot and will also most likely receive backups frequently but still. I just don’t know if this is even possible. Maybe it’s as easy as plugging in a second drive formatted for OS X but I don’t know.
