Hackintosh memory leak

My otherwise perfect hackintosh that has been my main computer for the past few months has deteriorated in the last two days.

The machine recently slows down (about two or three times a day) and will restart, showing the following error on restart: https://www.pastebucket.com/563301

All I know are the words 'memory leak'. The rest doesn't make sense. If anyone could explain to me why this happens or how to fix, that would be great.

One final thing: Today, I left the machine idling, no applications open, just sitting there doing nothing while I went to work. I got home, and sure enough, the machine had rebooted sometime during the day. Maybe even multiple times. I can't be sure. What this means, though, is that it is the system eating the memory, not my usage :/
