If my board doesn't have compatible lan or sound, will USB solutions work easily?

I have a gigbyte g1 sniper m5. Motherboard running as haswell 4770k.

I know that the CPU, RAM and GPU I'm using are all well documented to work with hackintosh, but the killer e2200 lan is not compatible nor is the sound blaster recon3di sound.

I have a wifi USB plug in, will that work for the internet? I also have a USB sound plug in device that gives me a mic and audio out. Will that work?

If USB devices take some real work to get working, I would prefer to buy known USB devices that will work the easiest. If that's the case, it would be great to find some recommendations.

If this is a lost cause, I can also just rebuild the PC and reuse the GPU (1080ti).
