Installed Sierra on my SSD - 1080 doesn't seem to be being used by the OS.

System specs:

Sierra 10.12.6

i5 3570k

ASUS P8Z77-V

GTX 1080

24GB RAM

I've had a hackintosh before, - when I had a GTX 670 - but now, a year or so later, having recently installed a 1080, I decided to give it a shot. My audio works totally fine, as does the networking etc. when I used MultiBeast to do all that stuff, it's just the use of the graphics card in particular.

I have installed the web drivers, (the Nvidia logo shows in the status bar, they're also enabled in Clover I believe - don't take my word for it though, lol.) but I still get very prominent screen tearing and graphical oddities.

As well as this, the second monitor that is plugged into the GTX 1080 just doesn't come up with anything. I don't think the Mac can see it, or something. As for my one monitor that does work, it only seems to go up to a max of 1024x768.

I appreciate all help given, however I want to make it abundantly clear that I am by absolutely no means a 'wizard' at this, and have almost completely forgotten how to troubleshoot so any help may need to be slightly further in-depth than perhaps would be usual.

I'll also add the tutorial that I used, which was this one. Thank you.
