Currently trying to figure out how to go about fixing this issue. I had Sierra running fine right after installation, I followed this guide word for word as close as I could.

I disabled hibernation and deleted the .plist for network devices and now when I try and boot from the macOS partition it says
"fTimerServiceMatching timed out, fNotifications0"
and then the screen gets all corrupted and I have the crossed out circle in the middle. This entire time I've been disabling Intel iGPU inject since it makes it boot faster, and that was actually the only way to get the installer to run. Also, my installer is now completely, from what I can tell, in German, even though my system should be in English.
Any possible nudges in the right direction would be awesome, this is such a cool project.
