Keyboard has no Windows/Meta key, cannot press option, need to rebind it to something else

I'm using an ancient Focus FK-5001 as my main keyboard on Sierra (10.12.5) trough PS/2 (Those old mechanical switches are just too good to abandon!), but due to the age of this thing, it has no Windows/Meta key, which prevents me from pressing Option. I'm sure you can see how much of an issue this is, especially when it comes to writing, programming and executing commands as a whole.

So far I've been able to live without it but now it's becoming a serious bottleneck for me, and I haven't been able to find any programs to help me. Ukulele doesn't allow rebinding system keys, Karabinder is dead on this version of macOS and of course hardware modification isn't exactly on my list of options.

Is there really no such thing as a program that lets me change Alt Gr to Option, or at the very least some mostly useless key to just act as Option? Google is becoming progressively more and more useless, since it only gives me the same 40 articles about how to change up the order of keys and how to install Karabinder. Any help is appreciated.
