I've just finished up browsing stuff to get acceleration going on a Lenovo E540 and a Toshiba Z930. But I noticed that some links go to a download where you can build and compile the kext yourself while others are a simple and easier download. Is there benefit of builds you have to build yourself over downloads? Why wouldn't anyone just take the download?
While we're at it, is there a benefit over manually dragging and dropping a kext into the Library\extensions folder or the EFI\Clover\kexts\Other folder instead of using KextWizard or another utility?
