Graphics card choice: RX660 vs GT1030

I've bought Gigabyte RX460 for my hackintosh build, it works - but I have to say that I'm a bit dissapointed. Why ? That's why:

1) Stupidly implemented fan-off feature.

How it should work: it should turn off fan on idle/below specified GPU temperature, and turn it on above that temperature and ... it works that whay, well sort of. Because on/off switch tempereture is 65 Celsius, and card idle temperature is also 65 Celsius I constantly hear fan switching on (just for couple miliseconds) and then off, on-off, on-off, this happens almost constantly on idle. I've had Strix card with fan-off feature before, and it worked much better - after fan turning on - it was cooling GPU 10 Celsius below on/off tempereature - and stayed off after that.

2) OpenGL performance.

OpenGL on OS X with this card sucks. I mean really sucks - benchmark results are about 20-30% worse than on Windows with DirectX, even old games like Starcraft II, Diablo can't keep 60 FPS. But my biggest issue is Dolphin emulator, because it works worse on RX460 than on integrated card (Intel 4600) - to the point of being unplayable for any game - which is a really shame for AMD (or Apple) for their shi*** OpenGL drivers.

So it works out of the box (sort of), but right now I'm thinking about switching it for GT1030. Performance should be similar, but with lower power usage and without any noise (fanless).

So my question is anyone has working GT1030 with Sierra ? Any problems with NVIDIA web drivers ?
