I'm not sure about macOS support with Ryzen as I've been out of the "Hackintosh" since my X99 system.
Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1200
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengance
GPU: EVGA GTX 1080Ti (Yes, I know this is overpowered, it's from my decommed X99 system)
